Welcome

I've started this page to give parents and students a place to learn a bit about my class, and to allow students to find resources and ask questions.  In the future I hope to allow students to use this site to submit their assignments and download worksheets that they might need.  Feel free to browse the site.  On some pages you will find resources that provide help in completing work, while on others you will find recommended books for college as well as some of my personal favorites.

Keys to Success.

Each semester I am approached by parents and students who ask me how to pass my class and what they need to do to earn a certain grade.  Well, below I have listed the characteristics common to all students who have earned an A or B in my classes in the past.  If students follow the suggestions below, they can be assured of passing my class.

Successful students are characterized by: being on time to class, being prepared with assignments and submitting them when they're due, being ready to learn, being respectful of their classmates, and being consistent with the  high quality of their work.
